Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will grant you absolute authority over your e-mail boxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a new email mailbox in an instant and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect email messages from one e-mail account to another, set up email filters, create auto-response messages and protect your email box accounts against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email box accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming emails based on specific rules set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and set the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply select the e-mailbox account you wish to forward mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your preference to access your e-mail boxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
